(Q) Can I return goods if I don't need them?

(A) Yes, customers have the legal right to return parts within ONE week of the purchase date. Here at Autopartsireland we offer TWO weeks providing the item has not been tampered with or fitted to the car. All of our parts are marked with special I.D paint and photographed to enable us to identify our parts easily.


(Q) Do Autopartsireland ship parts globally?

(A) Yes with a large range of worldwide courier services available Autopartsireland are able to offer shipping quotes to anywhere in the world. Check out our shipping tab for more info.


(Q) Have all parts been tested?

(A) Yes, here at Autopartsireland we do our utmost to test all parts we remove from cars. We are able to do this because all of the cars we dismantle are in driving condition prior to being dismantled so can be thoroughly checked. 


(Q) What happens if the part I have received is not what I expected?

(A) If you are disappointed with a part we have sent you, please send an email to info@autopartsireland.com or contact our office on 02837547844 so we can arrange a return of your item. Autopartsireland are not responsible for return shipping costs.
